12720304582lYxs8.jpgAs I recently have a little time, I was browsing on the internet last week. In need of fresh, interesting ideas, inspiring recipes that We have never used before, to impress my loved ones with. Looking for a long time yet could not come across too many interesting stuff. Right before I wanted to give up on it, I came across this delightful and simple dessert by chance. The dessert looked so mouth-watering on its snapshot, that called for immediate action.
It absolutely was easy to imagine just how it's made, its taste and just how much my husband might enjoy it. Actually, it is rather simple to impress the guy when it comes to puddings. Anyways, I got into the website: Suncakemom and used the step-by-step instuctions that have been combined with wonderful graphics of the task. It really makes life much easier. I could suppose it is a bit of a hassle to take photographs down the middle of baking in the kitchen as you most often have gross hands so I sincerely appreciate the hard work she devote to make this blogpost and recipe easily implemented.
That being said I'm inspired to present my very own formulas in the same way. Many thanks for the thought.
I had been tweaking the main recipe create it for the taste of my loved ones. I have to mention it was an awesome success. They prized the flavour, the structure and loved getting a delicacy like this in the middle of a stressful workweek. They basically requested more, many more. Thus the next time I am not going to commit the same mistake. I'm going to double the volume .

Homemade vanilla custard profiteroles, magnificent, delicious treat not only for special occasions. It might be surprising but it's easier to make than you can imagine.
Ingredients:
Pastry:
0.2 litres of milk
2 spoonfuls of honey
How to make the pastry:
1. Place water and butter in a medium saucepan. Stir it with a wooden spoon and bring to boil.
2. Reduce heat and add the flour slowly stirring continuously until it forms a ball that pulls away from the sides of the saucepan.
3. Remove from heat and leave it cool down before start adding the eggs, one by one beating them. Keep beating until the egg is fully incorporated. Repeat the process with all 4 eggs.
4. Use 2 spoons to sort the dough into walnut sized piles onto a baking sheet on the tray. Place them far from each other as they are going to expand. Something like this:
5. Preheat the oven into 200 C degree and put the pastries in to bake them for 25- 35 minutes (depends on your oven) until puffed up, dry, and golden brown.
(Try not to open the oven door before they are baked as the pastry can fall due to sudden temperature fall.)
6. Filling:
Meanwhile the pastry is baking use your time to make the cream. Use vanilla pudding powder and follow instructions on its box. There are all sort of brands so everything depends on what you prefer. Some you only have to beat with a certain amount of milk, others you need to cook to get the pudding. (The brand I use is unsweetened and it also has to be cooked. I put two spoonfuls of honey into the mixture. Then pour pudding, honey and milk into a medium sized saucepan, stirring it vigorously until it has a different, stiffer texture. Something like this:
This is when I turn heating off and put the pudding aside to cool down.) If cooking sounds difficult, use the instant version, whisk the vanilla cream and set it aside in the fridge.
7. Whisk the whipping cream separately, cover and put it in the fridge, too.
8. It's time to check on the pastries. When they have a golden brown colour and they look crispy, turn the oven off and open its door slightly. Let the pastries cool down in the oven before you take them out.
9. When both: vanilla cream and whipping cream is cold mix them together carefully, try not to break whipping cream or if you do only as little as possible.
10. Transfer the cooled pastries to a tray and slice the tops off. Scrape the inside bit if necessary.
11. Spoon the vanilla and whipping cream combo into the bottom pastries and place the tops on.
Now the gorgeous homemade profiteroles is ready to be served. If you like decorating make them extra fancy by adding strawberry and some chocolate on the plate just like I did. Can you imagine anything better?
To be honest I always thought profiteroles is something very complicated to make. Now they are tried and tested (delicious) I'm surely going to make them more often.

Looking for a while but could not find any interesting stuff. Right before I thought to give up on it, I stumbled on this tempting and simple dessert by chance. It absolutely was not so difficult to imagine the way it's made, how it tastes and just how much my husband will love it. Mind you, it is rather easy to keep happy him when it comes to cakes. Anyways, I visited the blog: Suncakemom and then followed the step by step instuctions that were combined with superb graphics of the operation. It really makes life faster and easier. With that in mind I'm inspired presenting my own formulas in a similar fashion. Thanks for the thought.
I was tweaking the original recipe to make it for the taste of my family. I've got to tell you it had been a great success. They prized the flavour, the thickness and loved having a sweet such as this in the middle of a hectic week. They ultimately demanded even more, more and more. Hence the next occasion I'm not going to commit the same miscalculation. I'm likely to multiply the quantity to make them pleased.

Although, by now I started to try new things, taking risk even if I don’t succeed the first or second time I don’t give up and finally when I have the perfect recipe I blog about it.

I can confess this was not my first attempt to bake carrot cake but I waited with posting it until now when I’m happy with the result. So here it comes how to make healthy carrot cake.

3 big eggs separated
100 grams millet flour
30 grams almonds
30 grams flaxseed
3 spoonfuls coconut oil
1 teaspoon cinnamon

7. Mix dry ingredients (millet flour, baking powder, cinnamon, grinded flaxseed and almonds together.

8. Add grated carrot to the dry ingredients mixture and mix well.

9. Slowly add it to the whisked eggs and fold it in carefully. Add coconut oil with the batter as well.

10. Cover cake mould with baking paper.

11. Pour mixture into the cake mould and put it in the pre-heated oven for 30 minutes.

12. Whilst cake base is baking, prepare cream on top.

13. Put mascarpone and orange juice into a mixing bowl.

14. Beat until incorporates well.

15. When cake base cooled properly, spread cream on top evenly.

16. Decorate with nuts or pieces of fresh fruit. This time I chose sprinkle grinded almond on top.

Take the butter out of the fridge and leave it in a warm place for a bit. It will be easier to work with not so hard butter later.
Grind the oat and pour it into a big bowl.
Peel and squash the bananas, peel and grate the apples, cut up whichever dried fruit you chose to use and put them into the bowl with the eggs, baking powder and the cocoa powder.
Cut the butter into slices mix and dough the whole paste until even and smooth.
Turn on the oven and preheat it to 350 degrees F (180 C) so whilst you are placing the cookies into the pan, it starts warming up.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the baking tray. Flatten them slightly.
As a decoration stick a blueberry in the middle of each one if you like then pretty.
Take the chocolate cookies out and let them cool off before serving it. (This would be the trickiest part as everybody smells something delicious and keeps checking in the kitchen.)

Homemade healthy donouts, easy, hassle free and delicious. What else do you wish for?
Homemade healthy donouts are the perfect carnival season snack. Who could say no to them? Actually they were so popular, I had to make them twice this week. But as it's practically still carnival time so let it be.
Ingredients:
How to make healthy donouts:
1. Warm milk up in a medium cup.
2. Add the agave syrup or honey and the yeast to the warm milk.
4. Put flour, eggs, butter and the rest of the milk into a big bowl. Pour in the bubbled milk, yeast mixture too.
5. Knead until the dough is completely smoothed.
6. Place the dough in a lightly floured bowl, cover and leave it in a warm place for half an hour to rise.
8. Use a donouts cutter to cut out your special homemade doughnuts.
9. Transfer them to a lightly-floured, flat surface that is in a draft-free, warm spot.
10. Cover the donouts lightly with tea towels and leave them rise for another half an hour.
11. Fill frying pan with oil and heat until sizzles. Be patient and don't try to put doughnut into oil before it's not hot enough. You can try it by dropping a little leftover dough in the oil and if it rises immediately to the surface, the oil is ready.
12. Carefully place donouts into the frying pan and put the lid on top. They should float to the top and puff up.
13. Use a metal fork to flip them over to the other side.
14. Remove them from the oil as soon as they're golden brown on both sides.
15. Place donouts on kitchen-towels to cool and drain. - Comments: 0

Perfect no-sugar, gluten free muffin recipe. Yes, it exists and it is delicious.
To find the perfect sugar free, glutenfree muffin recipe I tried and tried. After some unsuccessful attempts, changing or modifying ingredients I'm more than happy with the result now. Not only me, my family too. I'm also delighted to know they have something delicious and healthy as a Sunday dessert it an afternoon snack.
So here it comes, the perfect no-sugar, gluten-free muffin recipe:
Ingredients:
3 eggs (separated yolks and egg whites)
1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of stevia
How to make delicious and healthy sugar-free, gluten-free muffins:
Measure and grind flaxseed until it has flour consistency.
Measure and grind almonds.
Beat egg whites until hard peaks form.
Beat yolks until they get light yellowish colour.
Put a spoonful of unsweetened cocoa powder and the stevia with the egg yolks and mix until incorporates well.
Mix the rest of the dry ingredients (flaxseed flour, grinded almond and baking powder) in a bowl.
Pour dry ingredients and coconut milk in with the cocoa-yolks mixture alternating between the dry and liquid. Mix carefully
Finally fold egg whites really carefully in with the batter. Try not to break egg whites as it gives the muffins the foamy texture.
Pour batter into the cupcake holders.
Decorate with any toppings of your preference. I used berries and almond with mine.
Pop it in the pre-heated (180 C degrees) oven for 25 minutes.
Check it after 20 minutes (depending on your oven it could be ready earlier or later.) You wonder how to check? I use a needle or fork to stick it into the muffin. If needle comes out clean the muffin is baked. If there is some batter on it put tray back for another 5-10 minutes. Check again if you're not sure.
Don't forget to stock up the basic ingredients: - Comments: 0

I can suppose it is a slight effort to take pics in the middle of baking in the kitchen as you most often have sticky hands thus i really appreciate the effort and time she put in for making this post and recipe easily followed.
That being said I am encouraged to present my own recipe in the same way. Appreciate your the idea.
I was fine tuning the initial mixture create it for the taste of my loved ones. I must say it turned out an awesome success. They prized the flavor, the thickness and loved having a delicacy such as this in the midst of a busy week. They basically demanded even more, many more. Hence the next time I am not going to commit the same mistake. I am gonna double the volume .

Healthy homemade pizza recipe from the basics without any processed food, colourants or added ingredients.
Although, it takes a bit longer than pick up the phone and order pizza from the local restaurant, with this easy pizza recipe I can please the family any weekday or weekend.
As anyone might have guessed, pizza is a popular meal in our family. It's on the menu at least once a week. So I can easily say that recipe is tried and tested. Simple to make and disappears quickly from the dinner table. And honestly, it's not much hassle at all. The dough doesn't need a long time to rise, topping is simple to prepare so we can easily have pizza for dinner any weeknight.

How to make healthy homemade pizza from basics:
2. In the meantime add the flour, water, olive oil and salt to a big bowl.
3. Pour the foamy mixture into the bowl too and knead until all the flour is incorporated, and the dough is smooth and elastic.
4. Set the oven as hot as it will go and let it heat whilst the pizza dough is rising and preparing the topping.
5. Leave pizza dough in the big bowl, cover it with a clean kitchen towel and set it aside in a warm place whilst you prepare easy pizza toppings.
6. Wash tomatoes, cut in quarters and put them into the food chopper with 4 basil leaves, oregano and a pinch of salt to chop and mix them a bit. (Pizza topping is always tastier if you use fresh basil and oregano.)
8. Grate cheese and get it ready to put on pizza.
10. Divide it into two pieces with a knife or scraper. Work with one piece of the pizza dough at a time. Form it into a large disk with your hands or a rolling pin and lay it on the baking paper.
Work from the middle of the dough outwards, using rolling pin or your palm. Stretch the dough until it's the size of your baking tray. If you like thin crust (as we do) roll a bit more or use your fingers to press the extra dough to the edge and leave it at the side of the tray.Â
11. Spoon half of the sauce into the centre of the pizza and spread it out to the edges.
Pile on any toppings you like. We usually go with the easy 4 cheese topping. - Comments: 0
